What started as a little festival in 1984 has turned into one of the biggest free outdoor music festivals in America. Today French Quarter Festival is one of the most-anticipated events on the New Orleans festival calendar, and, what's even more impressive, it's right in our backyard – just a short stroll from the Hotel St. Marie, French Market Inn and Hotel Provincial.
Come hear hundreds of local bands for free on 20 stages all around the Vieux Carré. Traditional and contemporary jazz, rock, rhythm and blues, New Orleans funk, classical, swing, Cajun and zydeco, Latin....the French Quarter Fest has it all! Check out the 2020 musical line-up.
