International Beer Festival in New Orleans

June 4 2015 | News

Beer lovers will be in heaven this weekend in New Orleans. It’s the annual International Beer Festival – a time where beer connoisseurs and folks who just love to have a great time come together for a fun-filled Saturday. The festival features more than 150 international and local craft beer samples to sip on (you even get a souvenir sampling mug!) Fan favorites such as: Bayou Teche Beer Garden, Covington Brewhouse Beer Garden, Saint Arnold Beer Garden, Parish Beer Garden, a new Angry Orchard, Strongbow & Crispin Cider Garden and a separate "cask" Beer Garden will all be in attendance.

While you’re there learn how Cook with Beer and the finer nuances of Food Pairing with the World of Sam Adams seminars. You’ll also a chance to learn cool factoids about the beer making.

The festival is Saturday, June 6 in Champion Square. Tickets are just $40 in advance. Tickets include a 2-ounce souvenir sampling mug, unlimited samples of the 150 plus craft beer, a full color festival guide, live entertainment, games, and access to the World of Sam Adams Tent with seminars.

But the best part is the event is easy walking distance from our four French Quarter Favorites: Hotel Provincial, Hotel St. Marie, French Market Inn, and Hotel Le Richelieu. So book your stay today!
