If you’ve never been to the French Quarter Festival, then it’s time to plan a trip. It’s one of the largest free outdoor concerts in the nation, and it doesn’t stop there. New Orleans’s best restaurants set up stations in Woldenberg Riverfront Park and the French Quarter, and they serve their favorite dishes and drinks. Most dishes cost $10 or less, and the selection is wide: Hurricanes, po-boys, red beans and rice, jambalaya – basically all the favorites.
The weekend of the festival will also include an art show on Pirate’s Alley, free tours of gardens and courtyards in many private French Quarter homes, and even fireworks over the Mississippi River.
Since French Quarter Festival all happens in, well, the French Quarter, our hotel has a distinct advantage. For our guests, it’s only a short walk to any of the stages where the musicians will be performing, as well as all the other festivities. Need a break? Walk five minutes back to your room and recharge. It’s that easy when you stay with us.
There’s still time to book a room for the weekend of French Quarter Fesetival, but you need to do it soon. Give us a call at 1-800-366-2743 or book your room online.
